Mahdi, the founder of Checkpoint Group, is based in Montreal and is responsible for national and international business development. With a background in mechanical engineering, specializing in structural and automation, he oversees the engineering department and strategic projects. Mahdi has been in the automation and systems integration for the supply chain and logistics industry for over 10 years and gained expertise in project management successfully leading projects of all sizes and complexities.

Mahdi’s vision is to revolutionize the warehouse and logistics industry through our unique approach that harnesses the latest and most innovative technologies. We aim to be at the forefront of the industry's transformation, delivering measurable value to our customers and creating a safe environment for their workers. Talal Taha

Director, Business Development

Talal is responsible for Business Development across the Americas. His role involves sourcing new strategic partners and new clients. Talal has been in the warehouse and material handling industry for over 10 years, spending the majority of his career in niche, high-value equipment. Talal is experienced in developing space-saving case studies, through data analysis and tech-based systems. Talal has a Mechanical Design Engineer Degree (R&D) with honors, bringing a data-based analytical approach to all Checkpoint projects.
